Baby Jane Holzer Visiting Artist in Film

This year, 2023, marks five years since the creation of the Baby Jane Holzer Visiting Artist in Film Award.
I am deeply honored to contribute to rising and talented directors as a tribute to my beautiful and beloved mother’s accomplished career. My goal in endowing this fellowship in partnership with Harvard’s Department of Theater, Dance, and Media and the Harvard Film Archive was to allow the student body to interact with directors directly, rub elbows with leaders in the profession, and see what opportunities there are in the film industry. This award continues to bring my family and me joy and pride as we meet new talented artists.
