Jane Holzer’s influence in the art community is profound. Tom Wolfe famously referred to her as “The Girl of the Year” in 1964, and her impact has only grown since then. Holzer’s contributions to the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach began in 2014 with the notable exhibition “To Jane, Love Andy: Warhol’s First Superstar.” She has since donated nearly sixty pieces to the museum’s Contemporary Collection, significantly enriching its holdings.

Her work in film production has also been noteworthy, with credits including award-winning films like “The Kiss of the Spider Woman” and “Naked Tango.” Additionally, her role in the historic “Change Agents: Women Collectors Shaping the Art World” exhibition at the Southampton Arts Center last summer further underscores her influence in the art world.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, which acknowledges significant cultural contributions, has previously been awarded to distinguished figures such as mega art collector Beth Rudin DeWoody, photographer Harry Benson, and Frances Fisher, Chairwoman of the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

Jane Holzer’s recognition at the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Fair drew numerous esteemed art collectors, setting an elegant and noteworthy tone for the event, which featured prominent galleries from around the world.
